How many users does my plan support?

There are two types of users. An end user is a user who can submit work order or help desk ticket. And an help desk agent user is who has the right to process work orders. Our billing plan is based on how many help desk agent users. For example, basic plan supports up to 3 agent users. Each agent user comes with free 100 end users.
